H129 viruses
All H129 viruses are produced in Vero cells, purified via sucrose gradient and ultracentrifugation. Titers are validated via plaque assay and meet our titer of 5 x 108 PFU/mL (plaque forming units per mL). Sold as an aliquot volume of 20ul.

AAVs are produced in AAV-ProHek293T cells and purified via iodixanol gradient and ultracentrifugation. Titers are validated via digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) and meet our titer of 1×10 13 GC/mL (genome copies per mL).
