YFV-17D Anterograde Viruses
All Yellow Fever viruses are propagated on BHK-CME-NS1-IRES-GFP, concentrated and purified via filtration. Titers are validated via RT PCR and meet our titer of 1 x 108 GC/mL (genome copies per mL). All viruses come aliquoted 10ul.

Helper AAVs
AAVs are produced in AAV-ProHek293T cells and purified via iodixanol gradient and ultracentrifugation. Titers are validated via digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) and meet our titer of 1×10 13 GC/mL (genome copies per mL). All viruses come in 50ul aliquots and have been validated only with AAV-DJ serotype.
