
Our new recombinant Rabies Virus (RV) tools for multi-scale imaging express a range of improved fluorescent proteins. We have developed 20 new RV vectors for multi-scale and multi-modal neural circuit mapping tools. We have refined the virus to target specific neuronal subcellular locations of interest. These tools can also be used in EM and in vivo imaging.
All viruses are propagated on B7GG cells, concentrated and purified via ultra-centrifugation. Titers are validated via plaque assay and meet our titer of 108 PFU/mL (plaque forming units per mL).

G-Deleted Rabies Virus
All G-Deleted Rabies viruses are propagated on B7GG cells and purified via ultracentrifugation. Titers are validated via plaque assay and meet our titer of 108 PFU/mL (plaque forming units per mL). Sold as a 10ul aliquot.

EnvA Pseudotyped G-deleted Rabies Virus
EnvA-pseudotyped recombinant rabies cannot infect mammalian cells but it will infect only the cells that express exogenous receptor TVA on it surface (starter cells).

Helper AAVs
AAVs are produced in AAV-ProHek293T cells and purified via iodixanol gradient and ultracentrifugation. Titers are validated via digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) and meet our titer of 1×10 13 GC/mL (genome copies per mL). Helper AAVs are validated with the AAV8 serotype. Sold as a 50ul aliquot. If you require another serotype it will be a full size prep of 0.5mL.
